okttph may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
All financial transactions on the okttph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). okttph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time. okttph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. okttph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. okttph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. In such cases, okttph will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
Anti-Money Laundering: okttph is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We may be required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Players must not use the okttph Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Accounts found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okttph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okttph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if okttph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okttph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. okttph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.
okttph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for conduct that okttph reasonably believes is harmful to the Platform or other players, or for any other reason at okttph's sole discretion.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, okttph may forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to okttph.
You may close your account at any time by contacting okttph support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okttph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact okttph support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. okttph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue their legal remedies as provided under Philippine law.
okttph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okttph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after notification for material changes.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
